Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 989 with AVVA 989 hosted this year’s joint military Picnic at Bartley Ranch. We had participants from the Military Officers Association of American (MOAA) and the Marine Corps League – Detachment #672 join VVA 989.

The set-up began early (before 0900) to prepare for an 1100 hours start.
